Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Products can be returned on the condition that they are returned within one week from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories. The process to refund the money will be initiated as soon as the product is received by Boardway India. It takes usually 10-15 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. Kindly note that you will be charged for reverse logistics. Only in the case of the product being damaged or defective will the reverse logistics charges be reimbursed to you.
Returns will not be possible if :
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Anything is missing from the package received, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Product is damaged due to misuse.
- Any item that has been opened and used, unless it arrived damaged.
- Item that was sold as a set may not be claimed for return/refund of individual elements. (Please return the entire set for an eligible refund).
- Items with which free gift was shipped may not be claimed for return/refund without the free items.
- Items sold as part of a promotional package may not be returned/ refunded separately.
You can return part of the order, in case multiple items have been ordered. Refunds will be given subtracting the cost of shipping.
Cancellations can only be made provided the goods have not been dispatched. On successful cancellations, 95% of the amount will be refunded as 5% of the order will go in settling our partners cost which we need to incur despite the cancellation.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. Post that, it generally takes 10-15 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For all refunds, we use the same mode of payment that you used, to process your refund. If due to any technical issues we are unable to process the payment back to the source, we will get in touch with you for an alternative mode of payment.
